PROJECT NO. 3302-1920 - AWARD OF CONTRACT FOR ANNUAL CITYWIDE SIDEWALK CONCRETE REPAIR AND REPLACEMENT, ENGINEER’S REPORT NO. 19-23 - Staff recommends City Council award a contract to CT&T Concrete Paving, Inc. of Diamond Bar in the amount of $260,250 for Project No. 3302-1920, citywide sidewalk concrete repair and replacement; and authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement and any extension/amendments including potential change orders, provided there is funding in the budget, on behalf of the City, in a form approved by the City Attorney. 1005-04-3302-1920

AGREEMENTS – NORWALK-LA MIRADA UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT MASTER RECREATIONAL USE AGREEMENT AND INDIVIDUAL SITE RECREATIONAL USE AGREEMENTS FOR RAMONA PARK, NEW RIVER PARK, LOS ALISOS MIDDLE SCHOOL AND DOLLAND ELEMENTARY SCHOOL - Staff recommends City Council approve agreements with the Norwalk-La Mirada Unified School District for an updated Master Recreational Use Agreement and Individual Site Recreational Use Agreements for Ramona Park, New River Park, Los Alisos Middle School, and Dolland Elementary School for a period of ten years with an option to extend for five years; and authorize the City Manager to execute the agreements and any amendments provided there is funding in the budget, on behalf of the City, in forms approved by the City Attorney. 530-04/530-04-02
