SECOND AMENDMENT TO JOINT EXERCISE OF POWERS AGREEMENT WITH THE SOUTHEAST AREA ANIMAL CONTROL AUTHORITY - Staff recommends City Council approve the Second Amendment to Joint Exercise of Powers Agreement with the Southeast Area Animal Control Authority to extend the life of the agency until June 30, 2035; and authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement, and any amendments provided there is funding in the budget, on behalf of the City, in a form approved by the City Attorney. 705-02/810-01
