AMENDMENT NO. 1 - POOL MAINTENANCE, REPAIRS AND CHEMICAL SUPPLIES FOR LAP AND WADER POOLS AT THE NORWALK PARK AQUATIC PAVILION - Staff recommends City Council approve Amendment No. 1 to the agreement with Illini Companies, Inc. DBA Commercial Aquatic Services, to update costs for the Norwalk Park Aquatic Pavilion and add chemical purchase costs for the Norwalk Municipal Water System through June 30, 2022; and authorize the City Manager to execute the amendment and additional services, per Section 4.2 of the agreement, on behalf of the City, in a form approved by the City Attorney. 955
