6. AWARD OF CONTRACT – CREATION OF A LOCAL HAZARD MITIGATION PLAN – Staff recommends City Council award a contract to TetraTech in an amount not to exceed $89,769 for the creation of a Local Hazard Mitigation Plan; and authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement and any amendments, provided that there is funding in the budget, on behalf of the City, in a form approved by the City Attorney. 710-03
