AGREEMENT - ADVANCED RESERVATION DIAL-A-RIDE / SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE - Staff recommends City Council approve the agreement with First Transit, Inc. in an amount of $1,329,125 for the Advanced Reservation Dial-A-Ride / Subscription Service program for the period of April 1, 2021 through June 30, 2023, with an option to extend annually for two (2) additional one (1) year periods from July 1 through June 30 of each year thereafter for a total contract value of $2,598,492; and authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement and any amendments, provided there is funding in the budget, on behalf of the City, in a form approved by the City Attorney. 1120-07

EMERGENCY AGREEMENT – PARATRANSIT USER SIDE SUBSIDY TRANSPORTATION PROGRAM - Staff recommends City Council approve by a 4/5 vote, the emergency contract between the City of Norwalk and First Transit, Inc. in partnership with Lyft to provide Paratransit User Side Subsidy Transportation services, for a period of six months; effective, March 1, 2021 through August 31, 2021, in the amount of $32,502; and authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement and any amendments provided there is funding in the budget, on behalf of the City, in a form approved by the City Attorney. 1120-07
