AWARD OF CONTRACT – CITYWIDE ELEVATOR MAINTENANCE SERVICES - Staff recommends City Council approve an agreement with Pacific Coast Elevator/dba Amtech Elevator Services to provide maintenance and repair services of city-owned elevators for the term of July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2024, with the option to extend for five (5) additional one (1) year periods pursuant to the terms and conditions of contract number 2019001563; and authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement and any amendments provided there is funding in the budget, on behalf of the City, in forms approved by the City Attorney. 955
