AGREEMENT - HOMELESS PREVENTION AND RAPID REHOUSING SERVICES - Staff recommends City Council approve an agreement with Kingdom Causes Bellflower for homeless prevention and rapid rehousing services in the amount of $75,000 per year, for a two-year term of July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2023 allowing for two 1-year extensions; and authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement, and any amendments, provided there Is funding in the budget, on behalf of the City, in a form approved by the City Attorney. 315-10
