AGREEMENT - FLEET MAINTENANCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM - Staff recommends City Council approve an agreement with Avail Technologies, Inc., for a Fleet Maintenance Management System, in an amount not to exceed $122,552 for a five year term starting July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2027; and authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement and any amendments provided there is funding in the budget, on behalf of the City, in a form approved by the City Attorney. 1120-10

AGREEMENT – AUDITING SERVICES - Staff recommends City Council approve an agreement with Vasquez +Company, LLP to provide financial auditing services for four years ending June 2025, with an option to extend for two additional one-year periods ending June 30, 2026 and June 30, 2027; and authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement and any additional amendments, provided there is funding in the budget, on behalf of the City, in a form approved by the City Attorney. 606-01
