AGREEMENTS TO PROVIDE ON-CALL ENGINEERING DESIGN, CONSTRUCTION SUPPORT, PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND STAFF AUGMENTATION SERVICES - Staff recommends City Council approve agreements with the ten selected firms: Onward Engineering, Kimley-Horn, WGZE, FCG Consulting, DMS Consultants, Mark Thomas, SA Associates, Civiltec, Arcadis, and PSOMAS, to provide on-call design, construction support, project management, and staff augmentation services for a term of three years from the date of execution; and authorize the City Manager to execute the agreements and any amendments provided there is funding in the budget, and it is within the City Manager’s signing authority, on behalf of the City, in a form approved by the City Attorney.
