AGREEMENT – LEGISLATIVE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM – Staff recommends City Council approve an agreement with Prime Government Solutions, Inc. to provide automated agenda management and video display software and support effective July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2025, in the amount of $39,186 for year one, $32,971 in year two and annual renewals with five percent increase thereafter; and authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement and any amendments provided there is funding in budget and it is within the City Manager’s signing authority, on behalf of the City, in a form approved by the City Attorney. 825
