6. AGREEMENT FOR PROVISION OF RENEWABLE NATURAL GAS & MANAGEMENT OF THE LOW CARBON FUEL STANDARD CARBON CREDIT PROGRAM - Staff recommends City Council approve an agreement with Trillium for the Provision of Renewable Natural Gas and Management of the Low Carbon Fuel Standard Carbon Credit Program from October 1, 2022 through June 30, 2027; and any amendments provided there is funding in the budget and it is within the City Manager’s signing authority, on behalf of the City, in a form approved by the City Attorney.

INSTALLATION OF NEW PLAYGROUND EQUIPMENT AT VARIOUS PARKS – PROJECT NO. 7353-BOB WHITE PARK, PROJECT NO. 7355 - NEW RIVER PARK, PROJECT NO. 7361 - VISTA VERDE PARK, PROJECT NO. 7363 - NORWALK PARK, AND PROJECT NO. 7377 - HOLIFIELD PARK – Staff recommends City Council award a contract to Miracle Playground Sales, Inc. for the demolition of existing playground equipment and the installation of new equipment at Bob White Park, New River Park, Vista Verde Park, Norwalk Park, and Holifield Park in the amount of $1,382,000; and authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement and any change orders or amendments providing there is funding in the budget, on behalf of the City, in a form approved by the City Attorney.
