PURCHASE AGREEMENT – PURCHASE OF THREE PARATRANSIT VANS - Staff recommends City Council approve a Purchase Agreement with Creative Bus Sales, Inc. to acquire three Starcraft Allstar Class C paratransit vans in the amount of $385,125.48; and authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement and any amendments provided there is funding in the budget and it is within the City Manager’s signing authority, on behalf of the City, in a form approved by the City Attorney.

PROJECT NO. 7357 - AWARD OF CONTRACT FOR FORMER TANK FARM – PARK EXPANSION - Staff recommends City Council approve an agreement with Griffin Structures for project management services for the development of the 15-acre Tank Farm to expand Holifield Park for a minimum three-year term in the amount of $856,500; and authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement and any necessary amendments not to exceed a total agreement amount of $942,150, provided there is funding in the budget, on behalf of the City, in a form approved by the City Attorney.
