NOTICE OF CATEGORICAL EXEMPTION (CLASS 11) SIGN USE PERMIT NO. 293 Eddie Vidales on behalf of Tesoro Corporation ("Applicant"); 13340 Rosecrans Avenue ("subject site"); a request to reface an existing freestanding sign and replace existing canopy and dispenser signage to adhere with ARCO corporate policies. Staff Recommendation: That the Planning Commission adopt Resolution No. 17-43 to approve Sign Use Permit No. 293 subject to the conditions of approval contained in Exhibit "A".
