2. NOTICE OF CATEGORICAL EXEMPTION (CLASS 1) SIGN USE PERMIT NO. 299
Mitch Chemers (“Applicant”); 11633 The Plaza (“Subject Property”), also known as APNs 8054-022- 002, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 10, 11, 12, 15, 18, 19, 20, 25, 26, 27, 28, 8054- 023-018, 19, 20, 23, 28, and 8054-024-025; a request to amend the existing Master Sign Plan for a commercial center (“Norwalk Town Square”) to allow for modifications to the allowable sign area, quantity, lines of text, letter height, and height above grade for the three (3) largest tenants, among other changes.
Staff Recommendation: That the Planning Commission adopt Resolution No. 18-01 to approve Sign Us Permit No. 299 subject to the conditions of approval contained in Exhibit “A”.

3. NOTICE OF CATEGORICAL EXEMPTION (CLASS 1(f)) PRECISE DEVELOPMENT PLAN NO. 1990
Gevork Martirosian, Gevork Consulting Engineering, Inc. on behalf of Norwalk Community Hospital; 13222 Bloomfield Avenue ("subject site"); a request to: 1) replace an existing emergency back-up generator, and 2) legalize an existing 320 square foot trailer with a CT scanner to be utilized by the existing hospital.
Staff Recommendation: That the Planning Commission adopt Resolution No. 18-02 to approve Precise Development Plan No. 1990 subject to the conditions of approval contained in Exhibit "A".

4. NOTICE OF STATUTORY EXEMPTION TEXT AMENDMENT NO. 318
City of Norwalk; a request to amend Title 17 of the Norwalk Municipal Code to regulate accessory dwelling units, in all residential zones, Citywide.
Staff Recommendation: That the Planning Commission adopt Resolution No. 17-45 recommending City Council approval of Zoning Ordinance Text Amendment No. 318.
