2. NOTICE OF CATEGORICAL EXEMPTION (CLASS 3) PRECISE DEVELOPMENT PLAN NO. 2003 Derek Franklin, Aerotec Alloys Inc. ("applicant"; 10632 Alondra Boulevard ("subject site"); a request to approve a parking study to justify the reduction in parking due to site modifications including the installation of a utility transformer in the existing parking area. Staff Recommendation: That the Planning Commission adopt Resolution No. 18-36 to approve Precise Development Plan No. 2003 subject to the conditions of approval contained in Exhibit "A".
