CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 1006 PRECISE DEVELOPMENT PLAN NO. 2001 Malik Ahmad, Best Rate Recycling, LLC (“applicant”); 11018--11030 Rosecrans Avenue (“subject site”); a request to: 1) establish a recycling center within the parking lot of an existing commercial development; 2) obtain an adjustment of the parking requirements through the approval of a parking study in order to establish a new recycling facility; and 3) approve site modifications to the existing parking lot.
