NOTICE OF EXEMPTION (CLASS 21) REVOCATION OF ZONE VARIANCE NO. 333 AND CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 934 Jayneshwar Gounder, Dhaka Liquor and Market; 10944 Imperial Highway ("Subject Site"); for the Planning Commission to consider the revocation of Zone Variance (ZV) No. 333 and Conditional Use Permit (CUP) No. 934, which allowed off-premise general alcohol sales within 300-feet of residential uses within an existing convenience store at the subject site. Revocation will be considered due to the CUP and ZV being exercised: 1) contrary to the conditions of such approvals and in violation of the Alcoholic Beverage Control license and regulations; and 2) in a manner that is detrimental to the public health and safety and constitutes a nuisance. Staff Recommendation: That the Planning Commission direct staff as deemed appropriate.
