NOTICE OF CATEGORICAL EXEMPTION (CLASS 1) ZONE VARIANCE NO. 351 PRECISE DEVELOPMENT PLAN NO. 2007 Ryan Carstensen ("Applicant") on behalf of NADG/Waypoint Norwalk, LP; 14020 Pioneer Boulevard ("Subject Property"), also known as Assessor's Parcel Number ("APN") 8054-021-021; a request to complete a façade upgrade, partition tenant spaces, and make site improvements at an existing commercial development, including a request to vary from the required 10-foot setback adjacent to Valencia Street. Staff Recommendation: That the Planning Commission:

2) Adopt Resolution No. 19-09 to approve Precise Development Plan No. 2007 subject to the conditions of approval contained in respective Exhibit "A".
