2. ADDENDUM TO NEGATIVE DECLARATION PRECISE DEVELOPMENT PLAN NO. 1937 Vicky Barbieri with The Heritage Group, LLC ("Applicant"); 12623 Norwalk Boulevard ("Subject Property"); a request to modify a previously approved multi-tenant commercial center to include: two (2) buildings totaling approximately 10,000 square feet, eliminate a third building that includes a drive-through, and install additional parking and landscaping in its place. Staff Recommendation: That the Planning Commission adopt Resolution No. 19-44 to approve modifications to Precise Development Plan No. 1937, subject to the conditions of approval contained in Exhibit "A".
