PUBLIC HEARING
2. ADOPTION OF A MITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLARATION GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENT NO. 181 ZONE CHANGE NO. 360 TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP NO. 082718 PRECISE DEVELOPMENT PLAN NO. 2024 DENSITY BONUS AGREEMENT DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT Mercy Housing ("Applicant"); 13629-13705 San Antonio Drive and 11950 Foster Road (Assessor's Parcel Numbers ("APNs") 8054-016-901, 903 through 906, and 8054-016-020 ("Subject Property"); a request to allow the construction of a residential apartment development with supportive services. The application involves the following:
6) Approval of a development agreement between the City and the Applicant to construct said development on City owned property. Staff Recommendation: That the Planning Commission:
