THE 2019 NORWALK GENERAL PLAN AND HOUSING ELEMENT ANNUAL PROGRESS REPORT Staff Recommendation: That the Planning Commission approve, by minute motion, a recommendation to the Norwalk City Council to receive and file the 2019 General Plan and Housing Element Annual Progress Report and direct staff to transmit the report to OPR and HCD.
