2. THE 2020 NORWALK GENERAL PLAN AND HOUSING ELEMENT ANNUAL PROGRESS REPORT RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends that the Planning Commission approve, by minute motion, a recommendation to the Norwalk City Council to receive and file the 2020 General Plan and Housing Element Annual Progress Report and direct staff to transmit the report to the Governor's Office of Planning and Research (OPR) and the Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD) after City Council consideration.
