2. PRECISE DEVELOPMENT PLAN NO. 2036 NOTICE OF CATEGORICAL EXEMPTION (CLASS 32) Richard Lucas, C.E.G. Construction on behalf of Property Owner, PCK Piuma Family LP; a request to construct a new parking lot within City of Norwalk limits to serve a new industrial warehouse/office building to be constructed within City of Cerritos limits, both of which will be utilized as a single site located at 15912 Piuma Avenue, Assessor's Parcel No. 7016-001-038, in the M-1, Light Manufacturing Zone. Staff Recommendation: That the Planning Commission adopt Resolution No. 21-03 to approve Precise Development Plan No. 2036 and the associated environmental determination subject to the conditions of approval contained in Exhibit "A".
