PUBLIC HEARING
2. 2021-2029 HOUSING ELEMENT UPDATE Request by the City of Norwalk to transmit the Draft Housing Element Update to the California Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD). Staff Recommendation: That the Planning Commission receive public testimony, direct staff to make any changes or corrections to the Draft Housing Element Update and recommend to the City Council that staff forward the Draft Housing Element Update to HCD for review.
