PUBLIC HEARING
2. TO REVOKE NONCONFORMING USE OF ALCOHOL SALES AT 14408 PIONEER BOULEVARD NOTICE OF CATEGORICAL EXEMPTION (CLASS 21) City of Norwalk; a request for the Planning Commission to conduct a public hearing to revoke the nonconforming use of alcohol sales at an existing liquor store operating as Mike's Liquor. Staff Recommendation: That the Planning Commission: (1) adopt Resolution No. 22-01 to terminate and revoke the nonconforming use of the Subject Property for the sale of alcoholic beverages, and (2) direct staff to file the associated environmental determination.
