PUBLIC HEARING
2. CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 1033 NOTICE OF CATEGORICAL EXEMPTION (CLASS 1) Terry Dickerhoff, CGR Development ("Applicant") on behalf of Shapell Properties, a request to allow for off-sale beer and wine (Type 20 license) within the new full service grocery store,located at 11522 Alondra Boulevard, Assessor's Parcel Number ("APN") 7014-013-016, in the Restricted Commercial (C-1) zone. Staff Recommendation: That the Planning Commission adopt Resolution No. 22-06 to approve Conditional Use Permit No. 1033 and the associated environmental determination subject to the Conditions of Approval contained in Exhibit "A".
