13. APPROVAL OF NORWALK SENIOR CITZENS CENTER, INC. BOARD OF DIRECTORS SECRETARY Staff recommends City Council approve the nomination of Guadalupe Leclercq, Member At Large, for Secretary of the Norwalk Senior Citizens Center, Inc. Board of Directors for a term expiring December 31, 2023. 425-02-04
14. NORWALK HOUSING AUTHORITY APPOINTMENTS Staff recommends City Council re-appoint Vice Mayor Rios to a four-year term ending April 30, 2027 and Tenant Commissioners La Tosha Davis and Mary Hernandez to two-year terms ending April 30, 2025. 315-05-01
