EMPLOYEE WELLNESS LEAVE - CLOSURE OF SOME CITY OPERATIONS ON DECEMBER 26, 2025 Staff recommend City Council approve: the allocation of 8 hours of Employee Wellness Leave to full-time employees and 4 hours of Employee Wellness Leave to part-time employees; and the closure of City Hall and other City facilities on December 26, with the exception of some essential City services in the Public Safety, Public Services, Transportation, Recreation, and Social Services Departments.
