8. ASSEMBLY BILL 2561, LOCAL PUBLIC EMPLOYEES VACANCY REPORT Staff recommend City Council open for public comment and receive report.

9. ADVISORY BODY APPOINTMENTS Staff recommend City Council make appointments to fill the vacancies on the various Advisory Bodies for two-year terms expiring on December 31, 2026.

10. BARNWALL STREET (ALBURTIS AVENUE TO ROSETON AVENUE) AND PIUMA AVENUE (BARNWALL STREET TO FAIRTON STREET) SPEED HUMP REQUEST Staff recommend City Council approve the installation of speed humps on Barnwall Street between Alburtis Avenue and Roseton Avenue and Piuma Avenue between Barnwall Street and Fairton Street.
11. CONTRACT AMENDMENT NO. 4 FOR DESIGN SUPPORT SERVICES AND CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT AND INSPECTION SUPPORT SERVICES FOR FIRESTONE BOULEVARD WIDENING - PROJECT NO. 7196, PHASE 2 Staff recommend City Council approve:Amendment No. 4 with Mark Thomas in the amount of $198,867 to provide additional necessary design support services during construction; and authorize the City Manager to execute the amendment, on behalf of the City, in a form approved by the City Attorney; andAmendment No. 4 with TY Lin, International in the amount of $370,000 to provide additional construction management and inspection support services for the project; and authorize the City Manager to execute the amendment, on behalf of the City, in a form approved by the City Attorney.
